My yearly reminder about payout…I know this is not the preferred method, but we are in year 6 and it is truly the only way I can manage this.
If you completed your Driver Information Form and W-9 with a complete address and SSN/EIN, your check from opening night was processed on Monday.
We utilize the Bill Pay Feature with Key Bank to pay our drivers. It is the most cost and time effective way to get the money out. The bigger your town, the faster you will receive your check. This seems to range anywhere from 3-10 business days….
As a reminder, the checks are in a plain envelope and come from South Dakota.
For mod, sportsman, pure stocks, and four cylinders, we pay all drivers who take the green at the start of the feature. DNS and DQ's will not be paid. Limited sportsman and slingshots (both All Star and Junior) top three are paid.
